What information do I need to proceed with my application?

  1. You will require a printer to print the Terms and Conditions (if you would like a printed copy), application form and Identity Verification Form (if required).
  2. A Tax File Number if you wish to avoid withholding tax.
  3. An opening deposit. For the RBonline Savings Account this can be by cheque or direct debit. If you’re opening an RBonline Term Deposit Account, you need to include a cheque.
  4. Once you’ve printed your application you will need to complete the Identity Verification Form and take photocopies of acceptable identification documents. The identification photocopies must then be verified by the acceptable referee and returned to us together with the application form.
